  • Process talent contracts with payroll for payment of session and usage

  • Draft and Negotiate with Social Media Influencers, UGC and found footage for paid and non-paid advertising campaigns.
  • Consult on social media rules/guidelines and best practices for Influencer or talent posted content. 
  • Consult on production related matters with influencers regarding content creation, ownership, licensing, insurance considerations, property lending, liability, etc. 
  • Negotiate and draft music licenses for Recording Artists, stock/library music or work-for-hire composition
  • Handle AF of M contracts where necessary
  • Consult and manage talent SAG-AFTRA residuals where necessary
  • Manage music licensing process with Brand/Account teams and Music producers; advising of issues where necessary. 
  • Review and consult on re-write, parody, sound alike considerations during creative process
  • Manage relationship with Musicologist where required. 
  • Draft and Negotiate all Production related Agreements and Materials in the categories of Video Production, Digital Media and Print Photography.
  • Draft and manage production agreements, insurance requirements and certs
  • Draft and manage photographer agreements
  • Manage or supervise (as required) relationships with Stock vendors and assist in licensing and vendor agreements
  • Draft and/or review relevant production documents such as location agreements, name releases, props/wardrobe releases, work-for-hire crew contracts, BTS releases, etc.
  • Intellectual Property review of all scripts, assets and creative materials including preliminary trademark review.
  • FTC compliance review of scripts, assets and creative materials and consultation on risk related issues.
  • Consult on third party rights clearances and risks.
  • Draft and Negotiate 3rd party license agreements, NDAs, clip releases, content agreements including follow through and management of production compliance.
  • Negotiate, Draft, Review AOR, MSA, SOW and RFP agreements.
  • Consult on best practices and practical application considerations of SOW and MSA language.
